Cancellation Policy

At RubyKart, every order is packed with care and prepared quickly so that it reaches you on time. However, we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help in the simplest way possible.

When You Can Cancel

You may request an order cancellation only if the order has not been shipped yet.
Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to cancel it as it is already on its way.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If the order has not been shipped and your cancellation is approved:

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds usually reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Important Note

If the delivery is delayed or unsuccessful due to an incorrect or incomplete address or contact details, cancellation and refund will not be possible after the order has been shipped.
We kindly request you to double-check your contact & address information before placing the order.
